It's no exaggeration to say that my grandparents are a very sweet couple. They have been married for 65 years (apparently that's 'blue sapphire'!) and recently celebrated their anniversary. They enjoyed receiving a telegram from the Queen congratulating them on their many years of marriage.
They agreed to let me photograph them and after thinking for a while about a location, we settled on their garden. They have lived in this home alsost all of their married life - where better to record the memory of a special anniversary.
They brought out some old wedding photos which I just had to include in the shoot! I hope you enjoy seeing the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
